Cephalus is a stone-variant Haken. He is strong-willed and has a firm sense of justice. Nonetheless, he can be a bit flighty at times, if only momentarilly. He has a great love for the outdoors, be they stony or not, and he enjoys travelling with Edrea, who saw little choice in the matter of taking him along everywhere she went.

Upon reaching the SubAdult age, Cephalus has been able to use his power. His power, stone age, is fairly rare, it is said, and it allows him to become stone or a fairly large rock. Also, it allows him to sort of glow green, making him seem more radioactive than either Edrea or Ygatar could have expected. When he was a SubAdult, Cephalus could only use his powers for limited amounts of time. However, now that he is grown, he is able to use them for as long as he wishes to do so.
